The word “reformation” to many Catholics is often considered only a single event.   Actually, there have been multiple reformations, before and after Martin Luther.

This 10-week DVD course will explore the fascinating history of reformations, both Catholic and Protestant.   You will discover the conflicts, the partisan politics and the dissensions that permeated important epochs of Western Civilization.

The presenter, Christopher Bellitto, Ph.D. is both an historian and theologian. Renown for his expertise as well as the provocative details that influenced the events of history, Professor Bellitto uncovers the nuanced aspects of religious, political, social, economic and cultural contexts of centuries that changed the world.

Join us for a lively discussion of past reforms and their profound relevance for the Church today.   The presentation begins on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, in the 1st-floor conference room at the Ministry Center from 10:30 am until noon.

Registration is required.   Contact Dr. Evelyn Allen by email at [email protected] or by phone at 239–348–2492.
