A reminder to ALL organizations, prayer groups, etc., you must submit a “Space Request Form” (if you have not done so already).
Our fiscal year runs from July 1 – June 30
After June 30th of this year, if we have not received your request there will be no meeting room assigned. Once you have sent your form in, you will receive a confirmation from the parish office. Forms can be found on our website and in the parish office.
This includes everyone!
Especially groups who have on-going meetings. For those who have sent their forms in, Thank You.
You also, must contact Jeff Baker who will assign you access keys for the building you will be in. All of the campus buildings will be locked for security purposes.
