We are a communion of cultures united by the love of Christ, striving together to be "the hands and feet of Christ" on earth.

First Friday Adoration

First Friday of every month from 6:00 - 7:00 PM in the church

What is a Holy Hour of Adoration?

Here at St. Peter's, when you arrive at the church, you are handed a votive candle to be placed in the sanctuary as a symbol of your personal prayer intention.

The Eucharist (also called the Blessed Sacrament or the Body of Christ) is placed in a Monstrance on the altar for all to see, worship and adore, along with prayer and quiet time for meditation.  Taize chant music led by our Chant Choir draws you into a deeper sense of prayer and meditation.

When exposure and adoration are twenty-four hours a day, it is called Perpetual Adoration.
